The hoppery is one of the first micro-breweries of the olive group to have been introduced in India. Located at the Olive Bistro, nestled on a hill amidst lush greenery and overlooking the Durgam Cheruvu lake, this complete metal and glass structure encompasses one of the best views in the city. A high custom-made sky-blue tiled roof with a contrasting, vibrant striped yellow and white tiled floor sets the visually rustic yet warm and exciting vibe of the brewery. The highlight of the space apart from the view, is the custom designed bar back using recycled raw wood, with a vertical garden set against a distressed, whitewashed exposed brick wall. The bar counter has a corrugated metal façade with a solid wood top, and sports the slogan of the bar engaging its customers with ease. The furniture of the brewery was made to blend with the remaining setup of the outdoor indoor vibe that extends through the large expanse of glass walls to the multilevel decks outside. The white framework, pop of color, extensive use of plants both inside and out, along with its flagstone paved sit outs and wooden decks – gives the perfect Greek setting amidst the busy metropolis.
