This apartment building was designed and planned in a plot that had an existing residence that needed to be demolished. Keeping the main building footprint intact and respective setbacks, a g+3 residential apartment was designed with each floor having a single 3BHK home with individual lift access. The wood and concrete finish facade with planters reflects the client’s personal taste for contemporary forms with a neat, no-fuss approach. The building houses a basement with 2 car parking space for every apartment. A glass shaft elevator opens into each floor on the east elevation of the building. Every room within the apartment, has attached baths, walk in closets and a balcony. The interior style is kept clean and modern with marble finish tiles for the floor and duco finish for the furniture. One of the most highlighted areas of the residence is a rooftop garden which has been landscapes with a deck, a water body and greenery set under a wooden ribbed pergola that accents the ground with its light and shadow effects beautifully.
